This bedroom's project is born from a reflection on the concept of space in present-day society (Marc Augé): the traditional space created by a sedentary society, the present-day non-space, where borderless transport and communication networks make Milan, Paris, New York or Beijing identical. The hotel bedroom is the transit space par excellence, an architectural space where efficiency, comfort and technology define the living machine, but not only: space must let itself permeate by the user and establish a relationship with him in order for it to become home.
